Arsenal striker Welbeck ruled out of clash with former club United

Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck has not returned to fitness in time to face former club Manchester United on Sunday.
The 24-year-old forward has missed the last two games with a knee problem but Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger previously suggested he would be "all right" for the match at Old Trafford.
But speaking in his pre-match press conference, Wenger said: "Welbeck is short of fitness.
"I would love to have him available but we will have to do without him. Aaron Ramsey will be alright. He's short a fraction, too, but not far away."
Arsenal can distance themselves from fourth-placed United with victory in the north-west, and cement a place in the top three to avoid a Champions League qualifier this summer.
And Wenger believes a positive result would provide a crucial injection of confidence ahead of the FA Cup final against Aston Villa on May 30.
"Mathematically, we can put a distance between them and us in the top-four and basically secure top-three," he said.
"But as well there is a symbolic statement because we want to win the FA Cup and psychologically winning this weekend and securing third would be very important for this.
"Against Manchester United, you expect a game of quality first, but we want to bounce back from defeat to Swansea straight away and put a good performance in, with a good result. A win would be great."
