The Czech football federation says that a men's professional match in the Czech Republic will be refereed by an all-female team of officials for the first time.
The federation says Dagmar Damkova was named to referee a second division match between Dukla Prague and Zlin on Saturday when Adriana Secova and Lucie Ratajova will be her assistant referees.
Damkova is the top Czech female referee. In 2003, she became the first woman to officiate a Czech league match.
She will also take charge of matches at the upcoming women's World Cup in Germany.
