Midfielder Siem de Jong scored twice in quick succession Sunday to give Ajax a 2-0 win over Feyenoord in the first leg of the Dutch Cup final.

De Jong beat an offside trap to pounce on Toby Alderweireld's long-range pass and score in the sixth minute. He converted Urby Emanuelson's curling cross seconds later.

The final is being played over two legs for the first time since 1983, with only home fans allowed to attend to avert fears of hooligan violence.

Feyenoord hosts the return leg on May 6 at Kuip stadium, the traditional venue for competition final.

FC Twente leads the Dutch league by one point ahead of Ajax. The final round is next week. Twente is at NAC Breda, Ajax travels to NEC Nijmegen.
