If you follow Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson on Instagram, you are constantly treated to photos of his muscles bulging out from all over the place.
The WWE-superstar-turned-actor revealed the insane diet behind his current physique with an Instagram post on Sunday.
According to Johnson, this is what he ate every day for six months while training for his starring role in "Hercules," which opens on July 24.

To recap:
Seven meals, 18 ounces of filet, 16 ounces of halibut, 16 ounches of chicken, 5 1/2 cups of rice, 14 egg whites and more. Oh, and "Nemean lion blood" -- though (spoiler alert!) that's almost certainly a humorous reference to a monster referred to in Greek mythology.
