MINNEAPOLIS -- The Timberwolves' game against San Antonio that never took place in Mexico has been rescheduled.

The teams will square off at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 8 at the Target Center, in a game set to be televised by FOX Sports North-PLUS. Technically a home contest for Minnesota, the original Dec. 4 meeting was postponed after a generator malfunction caused smoke to fill Mexico City Arena.

Both teams were asked to evacuate, and the NBA later canceled the game.
