Will UC head toward the ACC?

With Maryland and Rutgers bolting the ACC and Big East, respectively, and heading for the Big Ten, it's time to play conference hopscotch again.
Last year, Pittsburgh and Syracuse exited the Big East for the ACC, and there's now at least one opening in that conference.
Is UC in the mix to head to the ACC this time? Reports are out there that say that the ACC is talking to UConn, Louisville, USF and the Bearcats, although opinion seems to be strong that UConn and Louisville would be the leading candidates to bolt.
ACC in talks with UConn, Louisville, South Florida and Cincinnati about 14th team to replace Maryland, source told @CBSSports.
