Luke Strebel had a last chance to prevent a Tennessee state championship soccer match from going to penalty kicks.

With the match knotted at 1 and overtime seconds away from ending, Strebel had a free kick from 54 yards away. And he found net, giving Father Ryan the crown.

“I wasn’t even expecting it,” Strebel told The Tennessean. “I just kind of served it in, hoping my guys get a head on it like they always do, and just put it right in. I still don’t know how it happened. I’m in shock.”
