Yeah, you clicked on this headline. The page wouldn't load fast enough, would it? Women in high heels doing something? That's your jam.
In this case the women are surfing in Indonesia in something called High Heels Contest.
In their heels, the surfer girls look a little bit like baby deer trying to walk across a frozen pond. This is true of some women in heels even when they're not surfing, but the waves and the waxy surfboard exaggerate the effect in a way that's sort of funny while illustrating how difficult this must be.
The point of this is a little difficult to discern, but it is worth mentioning that surfing remains a strongly male-dominated sport, particularly when it comes to the biggest waves.
