According to Spotrac.com's vault of data, each QB on this list will account for nearly 10 percent or more of their team's salary cap. That's astounding. Aaron Rodgers and Matt Ryan both figure to be on this list by the beginning of the 2013 season as their agent's and respective teams continue to work out long-term contract extensions.
