Blake Griffin of the Los Angeles Clippers talked with Dan Patrick on Tuesday about Kevin Love's 51 straight double-doubles.
"It's very impressive, I mean 51 is ridiculous," Griffin said. "It's tough, it's extremely tough to do. It's not something where you can be like, 'Oh, their team's not as good so he gets all the points, rebounds' ... It's not that at all.
"The rebound thing is what is impressive to me, 'cause he's having like 20-plus rebound games, like 17, you know what I mean? It's not like he's getting like 12 and 10 every night or he's getting 13 and 11."
Griffin edged Love out of an All-Star berth, but Love was named to the West All-Star team as an injury replacement for Rockets center Yao Ming.
