Demarjay Smith, the eight-year-old viral video star also known as "Young Jamaican trainer," has just given Usain Bolt, the Jamaican track star and fastest man in the world, a run for his money.

During an appearance earlier this week on "The Ellen Show," Ellen DeGeneres surprised the young online fitness personality by introducing Smith to six-time Olympic gold medalist Bolt, whom Smith said he wanted to race.

The Jamaican Bolt, himself not one to shirk from a challenge, went toe-to-to with Smith in a footrace, which you can check out in the video up top.

He may be just eight years old, but it looks as though Smith is comprised of about 80 pounds of moxie.

You all better hit the gym after work or Demarjay will be all over you. STRENGTH! NO WEAKNESS!
