A man from Texas named David Salmon was caught on video zooming down a waterslide and falling over the edge after a very sharp corner, and he uploaded the slow-motion footage Facebook.

(Warning: there's some profanity at the very end of the video.)

Ouch. Salmon seems to be finding humor in his flop, as he hashtagged the video #notdead.
