Wash puppet invades Rangers Ballpark

First we had Lil' Wash, the kid who dressed up as Texas Rangers manager Ron Washington for Halloween two years ago.
Then, Ron Washington T-shirts started to pop up all over the ballpark bearing his locally famous catchphrase, "That's the way baseball go," emblazoned under a picture of the manager's head.
And now comes the Ron Washington puppet.
A fan brought the puppet to Rangers Ballpark at Texas for the Rangers' game against the Kansas City Royals on Monday night, and it was featured during the telecast.
The fan who brought the puppet said it took him two weeks to make the miniature manager, who is sporting the Rangers' home white uniform and a red batting helmet.
Washington's famous mustache is replicated perfectly in tiny form.
Though the puppet's movement is limited, its arms pump up and down to mimic the dancing Washington does in the dugout when he gets excited during a game.
Jim Henson would be so proud.
