MIAMI (AP) -- Heat star Dwyane Wade has a new multiyear contract to continue wearing and endorsing star McDavid's HexPad performance apparel and sports medicine products.
The deal was announced Thursday.
Wade has worn the company's products since 2005. The new deal also calls for him to promote the company's line of post-workout recovery products, plus help "develop future products and influence design."
Among the McDavid products Wade typically wears: wraparound shorts, rib- and spine-protecting tops, arm sleeves, compression leg sleeves and specialized ankle braces.
The company says over 90 percent of NBA teams use HexPad apparel.
