Vikings officially sign first-round pick Barr, sixth-rounder Exum

A day after locking up quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, the Minnesota Vikings officially signed linebacker Anthony Barr, the team's first pick in the NFL Draft two weeks ago.
Barr, the pass-rushing UCLA linebacker, was selected with the ninth overall pick in the draft. Minnesota also announced it had signed Virginia Tech safety Antone Exum, who was picked in the sixth round.
The deals means the Vikings have signed eight of their 10 draft picks. Only third-rounders Scott Crichton and Jerick McKinnon have yet to agree to deals.
A source told FoxSportsNorth.com on Tuesday that Barr's deal is fully guaranteed. First-round contracts are slotted for four years and include a team option for a fifth year. Non first-round picks sign standard four-year contracts.
The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson reported Barr's contract is for $12.743 million and includes a $7.588 million bonus. Wilson also reported Bridgewater's deal is for $6.849 million and includes $5.495 million guaranteed with a $3.301 million bonus.
