SAN DIEGO -- FOX Sports San Diego (FSSD) will debut a new episode of #SDLive tonight following live coverage of San Diego Padres vs. New York Mets, featuring Padres outfielder Will Venable and infielder, Clint Barmes.
#SDLive host Mike Pomeranz chats with Venable and Barmes about some of the biggest challenges they've faced since they started in the MLB. Barmes discusses getting to know the guys in San Diego and providing a veteran perspective. Venable talks about the new guys and adapting to his role as a bench player.
In addition, both Venable and Barmes share their game day routines and give their thoughts on topics like the shift, shortening the game and pace of play.
This episode of #SDLive will debut tonight at 10:30 PM PST or immediately following live coverage of San Diego Padres vs. New York Mets beginning at 6:30 PM PST on FOX Sports San Diego.
