With the Rangers decision to push back Neftali Feliz until Tuesday for his next start, the Rangers have set their rotation for the next five days.
Left-hander Matt Harrison will start Friday's series opener against Tampa Bay and be followed by right-hander Colby Lewis and left-hander Derek Holland.
Yu Darvish will make his next start Monday in Toronto on five days rest and Feliz will follow.
Texas manager Ron Washington said after Tuesday's start, Feliz would get additional rest time before his following start because of another off day May 3.
