UND onslaught buries Badgers hockey

GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Host North Dakota used a barrage of 41 total shots on goal to blitz the Wisconsin Badgers, 4-2, Saturday night in WCHA men's hockey action.
North Dakota saw three players produce two points, a list that included Danny Kristo, Ben Blood and Brock Nelson. With its win, North Dakota improved to 15-10-2 overall.
The hosts got the game-winning goal late in the second period, when Michael Parks lit the lamp.
Wisconsin got goals from Keegan Meuer and John Ramage in a losing effort. With their loss the Badgers fell to 12-12-2 overall on the season.
Wisconsin returns to action next Friday, when it hosts St. Cloud State at 7:07 p.m.
