The Pac-12 is well represented in the preseason USA Today Coaches College Football Poll, released on Thursday.
Oregon (No. 3) and Stanford (No. 4) top the list for Pac-12 schools.
UCLA and USC hold the No. 21 and 24 positions, respectively, and Oregon State closes out the rankings at No. 25.
The Bruins, coming off a 9-5 season in coach Jim Mora's first year at the helm, open the season Aug. 31 against Nevada at the Rose Bowl.
The Trojans, 7-6 in 2012, travel to Hawaii on Aug. 29.
Back-to-back defending national champion Alabama earned the No. 1 spot in the preseason poll.
