The Minnesota Twins announced their 2013 spring training schedule, which begins Feb. 23 with a game against the Baltimore Orioles in Sarasota, Fla. The Twins will play 34 games this spring, including 19 home games at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers.
Among the highlights on the Twins' spring training schedule is a game against Puerto Rico on March 6, which is part of the World Baseball Classic exhibition. Minnesota will also play the New York Yankees twice and the Boston Red Sox eight times. The Red Sox and Twins both play their home games in Fort Myers, with Boston set to begin its second year at JetBlue Park.
All pitchers and catchers must report by Feb. 12, with their first workout on Feb. 13. Position players must report by Feb. 15, one day before full-team workouts begin. Here's a look at the Twins' entire spring training game schedule for 2013:
