No matter where the Minnesota Twins play, they can't seem to get a game in this week.
After losing Sunday and Wednesday games in Minnesota to poor weather, Friday's night's matchup in Chicago against the White Sox has been postponed by cold and windy conditions. Temperatures in Chicago are expected to drop into the upper 20s Friday night.
A makeup date and time will be announced at a later date. Because the Twins had a scheduled day off Thursday, they will have had three straight days off when they face the White Sox at 2:05 p.m. Saturday.Friday's postponement was only the sixth in the history of U.S. Cellular Field due to cold temperatures. The last such postponement was April 10, 2008, also against the Twins.
