Tweets Of The Week: Confusion & Jimmie Johnson Reign In Phoenix

Fans weren't the only ones confused by the strategies in Sunday's race, apparently Joey Logano had a hard time keeping track of things too.
The always-active NASCAR Twittersphere was certainly abuzz this weekend as the series rolled into Phoenix International Raceway.
Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race wasn't the easiest race to follow along with. Multiple strategies up and down pit road had drivers and teams on roughly three differing pit strategies throughout the entire event.
While it was tough for the outside viewer, it was apparently also tough on the competition.
Once thing that rang clear, however, was the fact Jimmie Johnson's path to a sixth Sprint Cup championship was made a lot smoother on Sunday. Just a week after calling out Johnson's weakness, defending series champion Brad Keselowski is ready to give 'Five-Time' a new nickname.
Yep @TheRShoemaker: @keselowski you think 48 has 6th in the bag?”

He's been called vanilla, he's been called a champion, but we're not sure anything like this has been said about Jimmie before.
If the Virgin Mary were gonna have a racecar driver.... I'm pretty sure she would name him @JimmieJohnson

Whether or not it was divine intervention, Johnson still had a great day in the desert.
A strong run today and a great team effort. #Lowes48

Even though Jimmie left Phoenix on top of the Chase standings, Kevin Harvick had a pretty solid day as well.
Wow crazy day fast car and enjoyed with a lot of great people!!! #Respect

Harvick's young son Keelan also got in on the fun in victory lane.

Hey, when you party hard, you crash hard, right?

Speaking of cute kids, how adorable is Miguel Paludo's son? It'll be hard to top that.

But, the Boley family gave Paludo's son a run for his money. They were reunited with their father and husband Air Force Sergeant Chad Boley prior to the start of Sunday's race.
Can't disagree on this one. Hard to keep the secret all morning. @NASCAR: Perhaps the best moment of the day. pic.twitter.com/gpixLJcxzQ”

The always-military minded Kurt Busch was proud of his efforts in Phoenix, but even more proud to honor U.S. veterans with the accomplishment.
I just realized this was my 100th top 5! Glad it happened today on the @USMC birthday & #VeteransDay wknd. Thx 2 all of you who serve

Although he appeared in to be in good shape after his win at Martinsville, Jeff Gordon's luck took a turn for the worse Sunday in Phoenix. Don't worry fans, Gordon and his crew feel your pain.
If many of u r upset with going from 5th-14th after final restart, imagine the disappointment we feel at #Team24?

As the wheel of time turns in NASCAR, the young guns are becoming primetime players, while the veterans are slipping into the shadows of history. This was not lost on our own Kenny Wallace.

Race car driver, supermodel, girlfriend...chef? Apparently Danica Patrick is a whiz in the kitchen, just ask Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

The Harvick family was quick to point out that probably won't last once the 'new' wears off the relationship.
@KevinHarvick @DanicaPatrick @StenhouseJr when KH asks for desert he gets the "you're number one sign" #oldmarriedcouple ?
— DeLana Harvick (@DeLanaHarvick) November 10, 2013
@DeLanaHarvick @KevinHarvick @DanicaPatrick that's awesome!! Don't give her any ideas!!!
