ST. LOUIS -- Game 3 of the Blues-Blackhawks series on Monday, April 21, will air on FOX Sports Midwest's main channel in the St. Louis market and central Indiana and on DirecTV, Dish and AT&T U-verse.
In most areas outside the St. Louis market, Game 3 will air on FOX Sports Midwest Plus or alternate channels.
