From Dan Henderson vs. Shogun Rua, to the two epic battles between Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard over the UFC Lightweight Championship, to the rise of Jon Jones as he ran through Ryan Badar, Shogun Rua, Rampage Jackson and Lyoto Machida within your 12 glorious months . . . 2011, you did not disappoint.
But as the calendar turns and 2011 turns to 2012 . . . well, the let's just say it's not going to be easy to top last year.
But, here are 10 fights that, if we are lucky, we'll get too see over the course of the next 12 months. And if we do, it's going to be another great year of MMA action.
