Tomahawk thrower scares off thieves

Would-be thieves, take note: If you break into a little old lady's home, just make sure she isn't an expert tomahawk thrower.
Two men are accused of making that mistake this week in Hemet, Calif., where Robin Irvine says she awoke to find them taking the watch off her wrist as she lay in bed. Irvine says she chased them out of her house with her trusty tomahawk, which she keeps by her bed.
She says she refrained from letting her weapon fly only out of mercy.
"I hit what I aim for," she explained to NBC Los Angeles. "I would've gotten him right in the spine or the back of his head."
Police say they found one of the men, 22-year-old Nicholas Ulloa, hiding in a bush, while the other suspect remains at large.
If he's smart, he won't be back. Irvine says she's honed her skills since the '70s and told police she's an expert ax thrower.
"If you're in my house," Irvine told CBS with a gigantic bowie knife in her hand, "you're not walking out."
