Michigan State coach Tom Izzo noticed that his 13-year-old son, Steven, had the Spartans playing Duke in the Sweet 16 in a NCAA tournament bracket he was filling out.

At the time, Steven still hadn't picked a winner, so Izzo encouraged him to pick with his head, not his heart.

"The damn kid picked Duke," Izzo said Wednesday morning during an interview on the Mike and Mike Show on ESPN Radio.

Izzo wasn't amused. He said that while some people are worried about winning their office pools right now, "my son's problem is whether he even eats at my house again."

The Spartans play the Blue Devils Friday night in Indianapolis in a Midwest Regional semifinal.

The question is whether Steven Izzo will be wearing Green ... or Blue.
