Time Warner customers deserve rebate

Last year Time Warner Cable customers received the Padres games on their channel line-up. Now, over 150 Padres games are available on San Diego's very own local sports network, FOX Sports San Diego. Unfortunately, Time Warner Cable has not agreed to carry FOX Sports San Diego and the Padres, but has the price for Time Warner Cable decreased since Padres games are no longer available?

Time Warner Cable customers may want to ask for a cable bill rebate.
