DETROIT -- Friday night’s scheduled game against the Texas Rangers at Comerica Park has been postponed because of rain and impending rain.
The game will be made up Saturday as the second game of a split doubleheader, which will begin with the regularly scheduled game at 1:05 p.m. and be followed by the makeup game at 7:05 p.m.
Both games will be show on FOX Sports Detroit.
Tickets for Friday’s game will be honored for the late game Saturday, and no ticket exchange is necessary.
Fans unable to attend the rescheduled game may exchange their unused tickets at any time for a future regular-season non-premium game scheduled to be played within 12 months, excluding Opening Day and subject to availability.
