One: There was good pace to the game from the Blue Jackets one night after coming out flat. Bobrovsky faced 20 shots in the first stanza (ouch), but Columbus answered with 10 of their own. They did have entirely too many turnovers, which didn't make the coaches happy.

Two: Going down by two goals early in the middle frame on top of playing their second game in two nights could have been a recipe for a blowout. But, they scored three unanswered goals to take charge of the game.

Three: One player that is overlooked if he doesn't get on the score sheet is Anisimov. He's a playmaker with a deft touch of the puck as he sets up plays and goals. He doesn't always get his due, but it is very noticeable when he's out of the lineup.
