Texas A&M prepping for Military Appreciation Day

When it comes to honoring the military, Texas A&M takes things very seriously.
In fact, they will even step away from their beloved school colors of maroon and white to replace them with a little red, white and blue.
Honoring the men and women who are serving and have served in the military, the Aggies unveiled a new white helmet Friday night on Twitter with the image of the American flag inside the school logo that will be worn during Saturday's game against UTEP in College Station.

Texas A&M has deep roots in the military with The Corps of Cadets, the oldest student organization on campus established in 1876, and it is one of only six U.S. colleges classified as a senior military college.
