As the 10 schools remaining in the Big 12 Conference begin spring practice, it seems like for every team, there is at least one major hole to fill. So here's the big question: As teams takes the field for spring drills is who will step up? Here's a look at some possibilities:
BAYLOR
Out: Jay Finley RB
In: Terence Ganaway, Jarred Salubi or Isaac Williams
It's way too early to call how the race to be Baylor's featured back in 2011 will shake out, but one thing's for sure, Bears head coach Art Briles has a trio of solid candidates
