Tate, Desmond Bryant Starting

NASHVILLE-- Ben Tate will start at running back, as expected, after practicing all week. Tate was listed as probable on Friday after being limited earlier in the week.
Tate sprained his right knee in the first of the season opening loss against the Steelers after a 28-yard win. Tate had a 6.8 yards per carry average on six carries for 41 yards before leaving the game.
Tate sat out the next two games and rookies Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell split the duties. West leads the team with 204 yards (4.3 avg.) and two touchdowns, while Crowell has 141 yards (5.2 avg.) with three touchdowns.
The Browns didn't announce whether West or Crowell would back up Tate. West is listed as Tate's backup on the depth chart, but Crowell took some snaps with the second team earlier in the week. Glenn Winston is inactive.
Desmond Bryant is active and expected to start at right defensive end after being limited all week with a glute/wrist injury. Bryant was questionable on Friday.
Also, long snapper Christian Yount will do the snapping duties as he is active and Charley Hughlett is on the practice squad. Mike Pettine said there was a possibility that Hughlett would be activated for the game after competing with Yount last week.
Other inactives for the Browns beside Winston are: DL John Hughes, CB Pierre Desir, DB Robert Nelson, DL Ishmaa'ily Kitchen, WR Rodney Smith and TE Gerell Robinson.
Smith was signed from the Vikings on Friday and WR LaRon Byrd was released.
For the Titans, the inactives are: QB Zach Mettenberger, WR Kris Durham, CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, LB James Anderson, OT Byron Stingily, TE Taylor Thompson and DL DaQuan Jones.
