ST. LOUIS -- Maybe the thought of another publicly financed NFL stadium makes you sick. Maybe the last decade of losing football under the Arch has killed your appetite for the NFL. And maybe you like the Edward Jones Dome just fine and simply don't understand all the fuss about a replacement home for the Rams.
Scratch that last one. Crazy talk.
The point is, not everyone is enamored of the idea that St. Louis should build a fancy new stadium for a football team whose owner clearly has eyes for La-La Land.
But watch this video -- the one that Gov. Jay Nixon's task force presented to NFL executives and owners in New York on Wednesday -- and you have to admit, even drawings of the proposed facility look pretty darned cool.
And if you support the Rams and hope like hell this thing gets built, well, you're gonna love it.
