Looking at a box score is something anyone can do. Who lead my team in scoring? How'd we shoot from the field? And while that knowledge is useful, does it really earn you bonus points around the water cooler?

That's why I'm here. I'm bringing you the S.W.I.M: Statistics Worth Increased Media. Let Joe from accounting regurgitate what he heard on the way in this morning; you're better than that. Use these nuggets to gain a unique perspective about last night's Thunder/Pistons game.

Serge Ibaka has three two game stretches this season in which he recorded at least 30 points, 30 rebounds, and six blocks.

Kevin Durant made just 25% of his three point attempts in April: he was shooting over 41% for the season prior to this month.

Since the All Star Game, the Thunder have been outscored by seven points in games that Durant plays 40-plus minutes and scores 40-plus points.

It had been more than 16 months since the last time Russell Westbrook recorded at least six steals, assists, and rebounds in the same game.

After losing three of four, the Thunder have now won six straight games in which Reggie Jackson made multiple three pointers.

Andre Drummond has 38 double doubles this season in which he has not recorded a single assist.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 20 points in 100 minutes this month prior to this contest: he scored 30 points in 44 minutes tonight.

Brandon Jennings recorded more assists than points and more turnovers than assists, a stat line he hasn't even come close to producing over the last four years prior to this game.

For the second time this month, Kyle Singler played at least 38 minutes and missed at least as many threes as his AR (assists plus rebounds) total.

The Pistons fell to 1-9 in the last ten games that Singler made multiple triples.
