Looking at a box score is something anyone can do. Who lead my team in scoring? How'd we shoot from the field? And while that knowledge is useful, does it really earn you bonus points around the water cooler?

That's why I'm here. I'm bringing you the S.W.I.M: Statistics Worth Increased Media. Let Joe from accounting regurgitate what he heard on the way in this morning; you're better than that. Use these nuggets to gain a unique perspective about last night's Pelicans/Spurs game.

Over his last nine games, Aron Baynes is averaging 16.2 rebounds per 48 minutes.

For the eighth time during this 17 game win streak, Tony Parker failed to score ten points.

The last time Parker shot under 50% in both parts of a back-to-back was the final two games of January: the Spurs lost both of those contests.

For the first time since the beginning of February, Tim Duncan blocked multiple shots in a third straight game. That February run also included a game against the Pelicans.

Duncan has dished out 10 assists in his 47 minutes over the last two days (10.2 assists per 48 minutes). For his career, The Big Fundamental averages just 4.3 dimes per 48 minutes.

Kawhi Leonard averages more than 3.5 two point makes for every three pointer, but tonight was the third time in two weeks where he made the same number of deuces as triples.

The Pelicans had beaten three straight playoff teams when Brian Roberts registered at least at least five assists.

New Orleans has now dropped four of the last five games in which Roberts has scored at least 18 points.

Austin Rivers' point total reached double figures for the ninth time this month, one more game than he managed in the last two months combined.

This was Rivers' highest scoring game UNDER 15 without a made three pointer in more than two months.

Tyreke Evans recorded four rebounds and four assists, snapping a streak of eight road games that spanned 1.5 months in which Evans managed at least five rebounds or five assists.

Over the last 23 days, Anthony Davis has scored at least 29 points on seven occasions. The Pelicans starting unit totaled just 29 points with their star center in street clothes.
