Sullivan, Youngblood pull off upsets in SEC Gridiron LIVE Greatest Player Tourney

The early rounds of any tournament are all about the upsets, and Auburn and Florida are responsible for the first ones in the SEC Gridiron LIVE Greatest Player Tournament presented by Direct Auto Insurance.
No. 14 seed Pat Sullivan pulled off the biggest shocker, as Auburn's Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback knocked off third-seeded John Hannah of Alabama in the offensive side of the bracket's Dooley Region, while on the offense, Florida's Jack Youngblood, the ninth seed, sent eight-seeded Steve DeLong packing.

The rest of the first phase of voting was all chalk, resulting in the first of the conference's Heisman Trophy winners bowing out as Alabama's Barrett Jones, the No. 4 seed, topped fifth-seeded Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M).
Your votes did set up some interesting second-round matchups, including a clash of the teacher and the master as two Gator Heisman winners meet in the Dooley Region with No. 2 seed Danny Wuerffel vs. No. 7 Steve Spurrier. Also of note, No. 5 Emmitt Smith (Florida)-Jones and No. 6 Brandon Spikes (Florida)-No. 3 Champ Bailey (Georgia).
