Stuart Scott's daughters honor their dad one year after his death

A year ago today -- Jan. 4, 2015 -- the sports world mourned the death of broadcasting legend Stuart Scott, who passed away after battling cancer. From his industry peers to his alma mater, everyone had joyful memories of Scott.
Today, Scott's daughters, 20-year-old Taelor and 16-year-old Sydni, released a tribute film and letter to their dad on the one-year anniversary of his death.
They spoke about the hardest parts of losing their father and told him what they've learned about life in the year since his passing. "From you Dad, we've learned to reach for the fight we possess inside and apply it with passion to our lives," they wrote in the letter published on Dear World. "It was through your vulnerability, that you taught us the real value of strength in never giving up."
It's an emotional and wonderful tribute from strong daughters to a strong dad who inspired many by the way he fought and lived. Here is Taelor and Sydni's tribute video and below the video is their letter.
