Trick plays are a risky business in the NFL.
The Pittsburgh Steelers tried pull off some tomfoolery in the first half of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Unfortunately, it didn't go as planned.

That's right. The Steelers lined up as if they were going for a field goal, but then changed formations and the holder -- backup QB Landry Jones -- took the snap.
An eligible lineman came across the formation and was open for a second, but Jones' pass floated in the air and was easily intercepted by Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane -- who was playing in his first game of the season after recovering from an injury.
Not only did Lane return it deep into Steelers territory, the Seahawks turned the goof into points when Russell Wilson connected on a touchdown pass to Doug Baldwin.
