Spurs' Leonard says nail in floor caused injury

The Spurs won in Philadelphia on Monday night, but the court inside the Wells Fargo Center might have caused an injury to forward Kawhi Leonard.
Leonard left the game with 1:31 remaining in the fourth quarter because of an injury — and he thinks he knows the culprit that gashed his knee.
Leonard claims a nail was sticking up from the hardwood and he fell on it, slashing open his kneecap.
"I just hit the hardwood on one of those nails, really hard," Leonard told the San Antonio Express-News. "It busted my knee wide open."
The Spurs have not stated indicated if Leonard will miss any time.
"It kind of felt funny when I tried to explode up the court when we got the ball and I tried to cut to the basket," Leonard told the Express-News. "So I had to come out and see what was wrong before I injured it worse."
