A handful of schools picked up multiple commits this past week, but the top prospect to pull the trigger was No. 1 quarterback Shea Patterson.
The five-star out of Shreveport (La.) Calvary Baptist is a former Arizona commit, but on Wednesday it was Ole Miss.

A pair of teammates out of Miami Central, defensive end Keir Thomas and safetyJamel Cook are now Seminoles. As prospect rankings are updated in the near future, Cook, a 6-foot-5, 200 pound versatile athlete has a chance to make a big jump.
Sophomore running back Zaquandre White is now a Seminole as well. They are called 'Junior Days', but they are far from that when schools host prospects on their campus this time of year. White is not a junior, but he is a prospect high on FSU's board, so he had an invite.
FSU now has nine verbal commits for 2016.
Miami has more than half of their class filled at this point for 2016 with 18 verbal commits to date.
Over the past week, UM added commits from running back McArthur Burnett, wide receiver Isaiah Johnson, and inside linebacker Greg Simmons. All three are out of South Florida.
