Wide receiver Cecil Shorts will join the Houston Texans, according to FOX Sports Ohio's Zac Jackson.
Shorts was born in Kent, Ohio, attended high school at Collinwood High in Cleveland and then college at Mount Union.

The 27-year-old's standout season came in 2012 when he hauled in 55 receptions for 979 yards and seven touchdowns. He's spent all four of his NFL seasons in Jacksonville after being selected in the fourth round of the 2011 draft.
