ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Smoove It rallied to win the $60,000 Sharp Cat Purse for fillies and mares by 3 1/4 lengths Friday at Santa Anita
Ridden by Mario Gutierrez, Smoove It ran 6 1/2 furlongs on the downhill turf course in 1:12.66 and paid $12.60, $6.80 and $4.20.
Aguafria returned $8.60 and $5.80, while Baruta was another head back in third and paid $6 to show.
The victory, worth $46,800, increased Smoove It's career earnings to $248,980, with four wins in 17 starts.
