Serena Williams and Kim Kardashian do tea time

During some rare downtime during the U.S. Open, Serena Williams joined friend Kim Kardashian for tea on Labor Day.

Naturally, both ladies posed for a photo and then shared it on Instagram and Twitter.

Serena, who faces sister Venus on Tuesday, is trying to become the first women's player to win the Grand Slam since Steffi Graf in 1988.
