The Cavaliers Donald Sloan (along with Minnesota's J.J. Barea) are the first two publicly-outed "floppers", warned by the NBA under their new no-flopping dictates. Players are warned for the first perceived "flop" and subsequently can be fined.
The NBA has put up video of Sloan's supposed flop up on their website. You can view it by clicking here.
