PITTSBURGH (AP) -- A day after losing to the Steelers, Brett Favre lost a pass completion, too.
An official scoring change made Monday took away one of Favre's
completions during Minnesota's 27-17 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.
Favre officially completed 33 of 50 passes, not 34 of 51.
Favre was errantly given a completion for no yards to Sidney Rice with
8:16 remaining on an apparent 10-yard touchdown pass play that was
nullified by a 10-yard tripping penalty on tight end Jeff Dugan.
Rice ended with 10 catches for 136 yards, not 11 catches.
