San Diego Buzz: Padres 2016 schedules are out and the Chargers begin 2015

With the 2015 season not going quite as planned (see MLB standings), it's easy for San Diego Padres fans to look ahead to 2016, especially with the regular season schedule they released this week. Brie Thiele gives you the Top 5 things you need to know about next year's Padres schedule.

The Chargers first game of the 2015 season is against the Detroit Lions at Qualcomm Stadium. Most believe that this will be their last season in San Diego, especially because San Diego missed the mayor's deadline to vote on keeping the Chargers. With all this relocation talk, it'll be nice to finally just watch some meaningful football, and a good video on some Chargers helping local pets find a home below.

If the Chargers do indeed end up moving to Los Angeles, what do you think the city's sports identity will be? Will it be baseball with the Padres? Or could the Aztecs take over and make it a basketball city? Mark Zeigler at the San Diego Union-Tribune dives in deeper.
