Mailboxes and doorsteps across the Greater New Orleans Region are being closely watched over the next few days, as Saints Season Ticket Holders eagerly await the arrival those precious passes.

The Saints started mailing season tickets out Thursday in waves, which means the first batch will be arriving anytime.

Every home game except one has been sold out since 2000, and the waiting list for season tickets now stands at 70,000 - which would almost fill the Mercedes-Benz Superdome,  according to Senior Vice President of Sales Mike Stanfield.

For all of the fans not in the season ticket holder number, options include the NFL Ticket Exchange or a ticket brokering website.

According to secondary ticket marketplace Vivid Seats, the average price for a Saints ticket is $273, which is the 5th highest average in the NFL.

So far, the most expensive home game for the Black and Gold unfolds in Primetime, on Sunday Night Football, November 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. Vivid Seats is selling a single ticket that costs an average of $455. Vivid says the Saints/Cowboys matchup is the 8th most expensive game league-wide for the entire NFL regular season, at least so far.

If you're on a budget, Vivid Seats data shows the Saints clash with the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, September 22 at Noon on Fox is the cheapest option, with tickets going for $207 a piece as of now.

The October 27 faceoff with the Buffalo Bills or the December 8 meeting with the Carolina Panthers follow closely at $220 to get in the door, according to Vivid Seats.
