Ryan Blaney, Kyle Busch's No. 18 visit the White House

Ryan Blaney, who is scheduled to compete part-time in both the Sprint Cup Series and newly rebranded Xfinity Series (former Nationwide Series) in 2015, dropped by the White House on Tuesday.
Blaney -- along with his Team Penske No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang and Kyle Busch's Joe Gibbs Racing No. 18 M&M's Toyota Camry -- met with Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx and Counselor to the President John Podesta to talk about the importance of tire safety.
NASCAR is working with the U.S. Department of Transportation, tire manufacturers and retailers on an awareness program focusing on tire safety, maintenance and energy efficiency.
