It looks like Russell Westbrook could be hurt.

Again.

The Oklahoma City guard  bumped knees with Kyle Lowery early in the third quarter in Toronto and immediately left the court. He needed help to the locker room. He did not return in the third quarter.

Westbrook's right knee was injured. It's the same knee that has been operated on three times since he originally was hurt last season in the first round of the playoffs against Houston.

Here's the play Westbrook was injured on.

Westbrook missed 27 games in a row earlier this season after the third surgery on Dec. 27.

The Thunder announced the injury was a sprain and that he would not return to the game.
