CARDIFF, England (AP) Opening batsman Jason Roy and all-rounder Ben Stokes struck half centuries and carried England to 302-9 in the fifth and final one-day international against Pakistan on Sunday.

Roy made 87 off 89 balls and Stokes scored 75 off 76 balls as England aims to clean sweep Pakistan 5-0.

Both batsmen raised England's best partnership of the innings by contributing 72 runs for the fourth-wicket stand after wicketkeeper Sarfraz Ahmed had missed a stumping of Stokes when the left-hander was on just 1.
